I have known and respected Kathy since I was 16 years old, that was about 36 years ago! She remained a positive person through happy times and not so happy times. Kathy had an inner strength that I truly admired. I was very blessed that Kathy was my teacher, my co-worker and my friend. God Bless you Friend ... enjoy your journey!

Kathy was a colleague of mine for the more than 30 years I worked at the Sycamore School District. She was one of the most dedicated, well-prepared teachers with whom I have ever worked. Kathy and I taught in the Business Department together and shared many great teaching and life experiences. Craig and Matt--I was so saddened to hear about your mom's death. Please accept my sincere sympathy.

I worked with Kathy for a short period of time when she worked at the College of Health and Human Sciences as a temporary, extra-help person. She was always so pleasant to be around, with a ready smile. When she moved to a permanent position in Engineering Technology, I often saw her sitting outside Still Hall in the gargoyle garden area enjoying her lunch or the lovely day. She was always glad to see me, as I was glad to see her. I will miss those meetings and her smile. I'm so sorry for your loss.
